Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BreakLine: Soccer Puzzle mobile application ("the App") operated by NanaChinese.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency and Consumable In-App Purchases

The App allows you to purchase virtual currency ("Coins") using real money. Please be aware of the following conditions regarding virtual items:

• Local Storage: Virtual currency and purchased items (such as Freezes, Shields, and Extra Moves) are stored locally on your specific device. We do not use cloud accounts to sync your inventory.
• Risk of Loss: If you uninstall the App, clear the App’s local data, or switch to a new device, your virtual currency and unused items will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
• No Refunds: All sales of virtual currency are final. We do not provide refunds for unused virtual currency, nor can virtual currency be exchanged for real money, goods, or other services.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the App or grant yourself unlimited virtual currency.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NanaChinese be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data (such as local game saves or virtual currency), use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
