1. Do I need to create an account?

No! Nana Pinyin Tutor is completely account-free. You can start learning immediately after downloading. Your learning progress is saved securely on your own device.

2. How does the Voice Scoring work? Is my voice recorded?

Your privacy is our top priority. The AI Voice Scoring feature uses a state-of-the-art offline AI model. This means your voice is analyzed instantly on your phone and is NEVER recorded, saved, or uploaded to the internet.

3. I purchased Premium, but the app still shows ads/locked features. What should I do?

Don't worry! If you switched to a new phone or reinstalled the app, simply go to the Settings tab and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to make the purchase.

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple and Google. We cannot cancel it for you.

iOS users: Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Nana Pinyin Tutor > Cancel Subscription.
Android users: Go to the Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Cancel.

5. The Voice Scoring isn't catching my words correctly. Any tips?

Make sure you are in a quiet environment.
Speak loudly and clearly into your phone's microphone.
If you get it wrong 2 times, the app will automatically switch to "Easy Mode" to help you pass and build confidence!

6. I am a free user. How do I unlock features?

You can unlock a 1-Hour Ad-Free Focus Session or earn extra Voice Evaluations by simply tapping the lock icon and watching a short sponsored video.
